At FRTA, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review the policy below to understand our return and refund process.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, deodorant, makeup stains, odor, or damage caused after delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Clearance items

  • Promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Email: frtafits@gmail.com (replace with your actual email)

Include the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required for damaged or defective items)

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as FRTA is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)

  3. Contact your bank
